Materials care

Mattress

• Our mattresses are designed with extra cushioning which we consider as optimum, this gives you greater comfort over a period of time. You will notice some small indentations within the first few weeks of use which is normal.
• Do not bend or fold the mattress.
• Do not place the bed near heaters/flame and for sure do not smoke in bed.
• Rotate the mattress regularly, this will extend the life of mattress.
• Use a waterproof mattress protector, spillages, dust, sweat can be avoided and this will keep the mattress fresh and lasts long.
• Vacuum the mattress once in 6 months at least.
• Wash the bedspread used on the mattress so that the dust does not settle down.
• Use an even and strong bed base to keep your mattress in good shape and prevent sagging and drooping.
• Jumping on Spring Mattresses to be Avoided at all times

Warranty Terms

• • 15 years for spring structure, 5 years for cushion sheets.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

• Products that have been used inappropriately.
• Damage due to misuse and tampering.
• Damages caused due to spilling of solvents, dyes, corrosive materials and bodily fluids such as sweat, urine etc.
